GDPR Compliance

DBeeKeeper is required to comply with GDPR since we offer services to entities within the EU. In order to deliver our services we must collect data that can identify people.

As well as carrying out our obligation, we strive to follow best practices in privacy and protection of data.

Data Controller and Data Processor roles

DBeeKeeper has customers who are both companies and individuals. In both cases we collect, store and retrieve only the data required to deliver our services.

Our Use of Third Party Data Processors

We makes use of third party services in infrastructure, and analytics. It is our obligation to ensure that the processing of data on our behalf is also GDPR compliant.

PII and Cookies

Names and emails are the only personally identifiable information (PII) stored in the DBeeKeeper database.

Cookies are required for normal operation of the DBeeKeeper website. No PII is stored in any cookies used by the DBeeKeeper website.

Notification in the event of a Data Breach

We will notify the owners of DBeeKeeper accounts within 72 hours of the discovery of a data breach. We will work with our customers to inform Data Subjects of the breach.
